CUTTING AND TRANSFER GUIDELINES FOR SILICONE PEARL PINK FLEX HTV

▶ Cutting Conditions

THICKNESS/ FORCE : 25 to 30
BLADE : 5 to 8
PRINT /CUT : Cut the design on the reverse side of the Vinyl. Mirror or flip the artwork before sending it to your cutter.
 
▶ Heat Transfer Conditions
Heat Press Temperature : 300F to 320F
1st Press : 10 seconds under medium pressure, let it cool. Then peel off the transparent film.
2nd Press: 5 seconds after peeling of the film.
Pressure : Medium 
Peel : Cold
We highly recommend performing a test before proceeding with standard production.
Note: Settings may vary by blade sharpness, garment material type and equipment used.
